Job Summary

The Loan Processor is responsible for pre-screening credit reports, ensuring the accuracy and privacy of customer information, and coordinating with sales representatives to meet customer financing requirements. This role involves verifying and submitting customer applications to a variety of lenders to secure funding and reviewing loan files to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

  • Data Collection: Gather client data and evaluate credit reports to assess eligibility.
  • Application Review: Review loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.

  • Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality service while ensuring compliance with servicing agreements, government regulations, and company policies.
