FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT 1
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the daily accounting functions, including cash application, credit/debit memo request and non-trade invoice.
- Work closely with credit analyst for remittance details, billing, unclaimed property.
- Perform month end closing activities.
- Preparation of Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliation for those accounts under AR’s ownership.
- Prepare weekly AR / Credit Metrics Report
- Preparation of interim & year-end EY audit schedules. Being a key contact for internal / external reporting & audit
- Participate in project assignments and process improvements
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2 - 3 years of related working experience
- Good spoken & written English
- Assertive, creative, and ready to work in a changing environment
- Team player and able to work with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Analytical and able to work under tight deadlines
- SAP/ other ERP system knowledge is an added advantage
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS;
Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
