Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and process monthly sales invoices and receipts
Prepare weekly cash analysis and process payments
Prepare and file monthly HST returns
Process monthly payroll remittances
Prepare monthly recurring and ad hoc journal entries
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Compile quarterly financial statement notes
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and perform investigation of outstanding items
Provide information related to tax queries and support the tax provision process
Prepare audit working papers for internal and external audits, when requested
Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses
Your Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable self-starter with ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Your Experience:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum two years of accounting/business administration experience
Proficiency with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
