Our model is to maximise revenue through memberships, golf days, corporate events, functions, hospitality, and food & beverage operations. We believe that “our courses are for golfers while our clubhouses are for everyone.”

Role Purpose

The Events Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth at Sherfield Oaks Golf Club through proactive sales activity, strategic business development, and exceptional client relationship management.

This role will focus on increasing revenue across corporate events, golf days, meetings, conferences, seasonal functions, and memberships through a combination of outbound sales activity and the management of high-value inbound enquiries.

The successful candidate will act as a commercial ambassador for the venue, building long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, local businesses, and members while delivering an outstanding customer journey from enquiry to event execution.

This is a target-driven and relationship-focused role requiring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, events, and golf.
