Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology/Hematology

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients diagnosed with oncologic and hematologic conditions.
- Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments safely and effectively.
- Monitor patient responses and manage side effects related to cancer therapies.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, side effect management, and supportive care resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy certification (or obtained upon hire).
- Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment, preferably in oncology or hematology.
- Strong patient focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
