Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology/Hematology

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic oncology and hematology care team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-paced work environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients diagnosed with oncologic and hematologic conditions.
  • Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments safely and effectively.
  • Monitor patient responses and manage side effects related to cancer therapies.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, side effect management, and supportive care resources.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy certification (or obtained upon hire).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment, preferably in oncology or hematology.
  • Strong patient focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
