What you will enjoy doing Take responsibility for mechanical maintenance of equipment across customer and BOC sites with a focus on medical, industrial, food, scientific, and hospitality industries Installation and removal of equipment is part of your role You will calibrate and test gas analyzers at customer and BOC sites Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment is required in this role Refurbish Cryogenic Gas vessels and supply pumps Conduct audits and inspections of equipment in line with codes and standards Complete planned maintenance and breakdown tasks as required You will communicate effectively with customers both face-to-face and over the phone Also, you will collaborate closely with local project management and sales teams What makes you great Trade qualified in Mechanical or Instrumentation (or solid hands-on mechanical experience) Ability to read and work from P&ID drawings Experience with flow control systems Stainless steel fabrication and assembly from detailed drawings, including custom work ASME welding tickets and fabrication skills come highly commended Ability in brazing copper pressure pipeline systems Flexible with working hours and available for on-call duties Experience in compressors/refrigeration, instrumentation, industrial gas systems, or maintenance/project installation, with restricted electrical or gas-fitting licences also a plus.
