Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing business operations support in individual or multiple program area(s). Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the development and execution of management processes, training and education on standard requirements and methods, creating models to improve business decisions, personnel functions, labor and/or cost reporting, document editing, process quality control, pricing, tracking and management of documentation and/or automated processes.
As appropriate may develop or assist in the development and maintenance of business reporting and management tools/processes. May supervise regular or temporary staff. Responsible for supervising business process transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing. May oversee and/or assist, as appropriate, in areas such as business finance, planning, scheduling, contractual compliance, cost management, and proposal support.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma + 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
