Job Description

Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.



Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. 



Shifts needed:



Weekend Opener (Saturday AND Sunday): 6:45a-1p



Weekend Closer (Saturday AND Sunday): 1p-7:15p



Overnight (Monday and Thursday): 10p-6a



Weekday Opener (Full Time Position): Monday: 4:45a-1p, Tuesday-Friday: 6a-2p



Weekday Mid Shift: Monday-Friday: 12p-4p

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:



Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.




  • Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script

  • Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.

  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system

  • Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members

  • Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
