In-Home Sales Representative – W-2 Employee

Now, we’re seeking dedicated W-2 In-Home Sales Representatives to bring that same level of excellence to even more families’ homes.


About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales role involves using advanced technology to design and showcase high-quality bath products and services, all while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system

  • Build personalized bath designs with our easy-to-use software

  • Provide pricing information and secure sales consistently

  • Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually improve your skills

  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in home sales preferred; home remodeling background a plus

  • Reliable transportation and local residency required

  • Confident in public speaking and delivering presentations with clarity

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities
