Job Description

At ALLO, we believe people are our biggest asset. Our team brings the ALLO mission to life because as local members of each community, we live, work, play, and volunteer right here with you. We're passionate about being involved and contributing to the success and progress of each of our GIG Communities.

We pursue these passions because ALLO leaders have created a workplace where folks are valued, ideas are heard, and leaders and teammates show up for each other at work and in life.

Traveling Fiber Drop Technicians are usually traveling and experiencing new markets. This requires mental flexibility, physical dexterity, and a willingness to constantly adapt to changing conditions. On the highlight, the compensation is higher than most entry-level positions, the skillsets learned to encompass a larger spectrum of things, ie, more experience gained. The travel time and accommodations are paid for, as well as the per diem per week.

A career with the Allo Drop team (FTTP) is both challenging and rewarding. Since there are no two homes or buildings alike, installing fiber to the premise (FTTP) requires mental flexibility, physical dexterity, and a willingness to constantly adapt to changing conditions. There is no “business as usual” in this position, you’ll arrive on the job each day to find a totally new environment, new questions, new challenges, and new ways to get the job done right. Being Self-motivated with the ability to complete daily tasks without constant supervision is key. We look for those who have a natural instinct for our core values: Honest, Local, Exceptional, and Hassle-Free.
