Mains Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop production operators and team leaders.
- Monitor production performance metrics (KPIs) such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to resolve production issues.
- Manage staffing levels, shift schedules, and overtime as required.
- Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and resources to optimize costs.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma is a plus).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
