LPN Evening Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of LPNs, CNAs, and other staff members during evening shift

• Ensure that care is delivered in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations

• Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Implement and monitor the effectiveness of care plans

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

• Provide education and training to staff members

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of New York

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
