We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Technician to support our sales and production teams in a PCB manufacturing environment. This role focuses on assisting customers with orders, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication between customers and internal departments.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support via email and phone
- Assist with order entry, updates, and tracking to ensure timely delivery
- Review customer-provided documents for completeness and follow up if information is missing
- Communicate order status, changes, and any issues to customers and internal teams
- Work closely with sales, production, and engineering teams to support customer needs
- Help resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and general customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and updates in internal systems
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, quotes, and general account support
- Participate in team meetings and assist with ongoing process improvements
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment
