TITLE: Head Girls Flag Football Coach
Fall 2026
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Holds a valid Illinois teacher certification or ASEP certification
- Demonstrates the ability to organize and supervise a comprehensive sports program
- Has previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport
- Possesses strong knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and continues to pursue current theories and best practices in the field
REPORTS TO:
The Athletic Director, who provides overall objectives and conducts the final evaluation in conjunction with the high school principal
SUPERVISES:
High school coaching staff and student-athletes in coordination with the Athletic Director
JOB GOAL:
To instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary to achieve individual and team success. Additionally, to foster the development of moral values, pride in accomplishment, appropriate social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence in student-athletes.
