Approximately 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the banking and financial services industry
Experience working in an agile environment, including collaborating with technology squads and managing multiple stakeholders across all levels
Experience in roadmap planning and prioritisation, with an ability to balance tactical and strategic work to deliver maximum business value
Self-direction with the ability to proactively identify and analyse problems and propose viable solutions
Knowledge of listed products (e.g., exchange-traded cash equities, futures including equity and futures derivatives) and OTC products (e.g., Commodities, FX, Fixed Income) is desirable but not essential
Previous experience working with Surveillance platforms like SMARTS, Scila and ACA is desirable but not essential.
