As the Housekeeper Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of hotel guest accommodations and public areas according to the standards established by the hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Manages room cleaning operations to ensure methods meet company and brand standards and keeps room cleaning deficiencies to a minimum
  • Inspects assigned units each day, ensuring that all standards are met and corrective action is taken by attendants as required.
  • Inspect VIP rooms daily.
  • Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and  other work areas
  • Strip linens from guest rooms
  • Abide by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals
  • Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards
  • Refurnish the room with supplies, towels etc.
  • Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
