YOUR TASKS

1. Take over quality issues for mass production to reduce the failure rate and non-conforming parts handling to avoid customer quality complaint. 负责量产后的质量问题，降低故障率和不合格件的处理以避免客户的质量投诉。
2. Take over quality risk prevent for process development in process for in project phase.负责前期过程开发的质量控制,并质量风险遏制在项目前期。
3. Create and update control plan /WI/Check list to make sure the control method delivery to production. Take part in PFMEA creation and audit.
   负责编制和更新控制计划、检验作业指导书、表单，并将定义的质量控制方法传递到现场。参与PFMEA制定与审核
4. Push internal improvement by standing on the position of customer. Handle customer complain about quality to satisfy the customer, do 8D report. 站在客户的角度推进内部质量改进。
5. Support QPC to identify root cause and take actions when there is customer compliant。与QPC团队一起分析客户抱怨的原因和采取相应的措施。
6. Take part in process development ECM/ECR for early quality prevention. 参与过程开发及变更的风险评估。
7. Summarize quality information, handle ongoing product, customer complaint, FPY, 0Km＆Field returns, do analysis, improvement and report. 汇总质量信息，处理生产线改进、汇报，制作质量挂图。
8. Monitor the Nonconforming Quality Expense and reduce the scrap and internal cost.监控不良质量成本及减少生产报废等内部成本。
9. Prepare PPK/CPK annual plan and implementation.负责编制过程能力研究年度计划和完成过程能力研究.
10. Support ME for MSA annual plan and MSA report & method.支持制造工程师MSA报告及方法和MSA年度计划.
11. Make and maintenance master and dummy samples.制定和维护产线的标准样件，完善缺陷样件
12. Arrange annual validation test for product and follow up the test result.安排并跟踪产品年度试验
13. Involvement in external or carrying out internal audits. 参与内外部审核。
14. Support for other specify topic from supervisor or managers. 上属指定的其他问题.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 1.Bachelor or above, science and engineering, especially
  mechanical, electrical engineering or electronics.
• 2.Familiar with IATF 16949 ,
  VDA 6.3, Professional knowledge of quality tools （SPC, MSA, APQP,
  PPAP, FMEA.）. Problem Solving Skill（8D,
  FTA, 5 Why etc.）
• 3.At least 8 years’ experience
  in quality process control for new project and mass production.
• 4.Workable in oral and written
  English.
