Director – Blended Case Management (BCM) Program

Position Overview

We are seeking a Director to join our Team!

Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as the Director of the Blended Case Management (BCM) Program. NDTC is a leading provider of behavioral health services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families in our community.

The Director will ensure that the BCM program operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as managed care organization (MCO) contracts. This role is responsible for overseeing program performance, supporting supervisory staff, and maintaining fidelity to the Blended Case Management model.

Key Responsibilities

Program Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Conduct scheduled chart audits and quality assurance reviews
  • Collaborate with BCM Regional Supervisors and executive leadership (CFO/COO) to address compliance issues

Program Budgeting & Financial Oversight

  • Monitor and review program budgets for accuracy and sustainability
  • Analyze weekly/monthly productivity, aging reports, transaction reports, and profit/loss statements
  • Coordinate with billing and administrative teams on contract updates and billing accuracy

Supervision & Staffing

  • Provide oversight and support to BCM Program Supervisors
  • Ensure adequate supervision coverage and scheduling
  • Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and retention of staff
  • Oversee staff training, development, and performance in accordance with regulations

Program Development

  • Promote program growth and sustainability through community engagement
  • Represent NDTC at meetings, trainings, and events as directed
  • Prepare and present productivity and performance reports

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

·       A master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling or education and 3 years mental health direct care experience; or

·       A bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, or be a registered nurse, and 5 years mental health direct care experience, 2 of which shall include supervisory experience; or

·       A bachelor’s degree in nursing and 3 years mental health direct care experience.
