Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various imaging modalities and demonstrate proficiency in delivering high-quality diagnostic images. This role is essential in providing accurate evaluations for patient care, particularly in ambulatory surgical setting. The Radiologic Technologist will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, C-Arm and trident scans in the OR
  • Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
  • Collaborate with medical staff in ambulatory surgery center settings to provide timely diagnostic evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures.
  • Ensure proper functioning of imaging equipment through routine checks and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist with relevant state licensure.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic radiology.
  • Experience in ambulatory surgery and operating room settings is preferred.
  • Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations efficiently while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety protocols.
