About AirOps

Today thousands of leading brands and agencies use AirOps to win the battle for attention with content that both humans and agents love.

We’re building the platform and profession that will empower a million marketers to become modern leaders — not spectators — as AI reshapes how brands reach their audiences.

We’re backed by awesome investors, including Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, Founder Collective, XFund, Village Global, and Alt Capital, and we’re building a world-class team with in-person hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo, Uruguay.

About the Role

As a Growth Engineer at AirOps, you'll focus on building product-led experiences designed to attract, engage, and convert prospective customers. You'll develop extensions of the AirOps product that drive organic interest and foster deeper user engagement with our platform. Your work will directly influence how potential customers discover AirOps and interact with our offerings, partnering closely with leadership to drive business growth through innovative, scalable systems and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement product features and interactive experiences that expose new audiences to AirOps and showcase value.

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ideate and ship extensions and integrations that engage prospects.

  • Use data and feedback to iterate on product-led growth initiatives, optimizing for user activation and conversion.

  • Build and leverage internal tools and automation to scale outreach and measure the impact of growth experiments.

  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to align growth engineering efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering, growth, product, or startup environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept through execution within a product-focused context.

  • Comfort with growth tooling and product analytics platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting with a high degree of autonomy.
