Customer Service Representative – Part-Time



Country Visions Cooperative Country Store is looking to hire a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Menominee, MI location.



The Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about County Visions Cooperative’s products and services. This role interacts with customers via phone, email, Connect, and in person, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. This position reports to the Energy Administration Manager.



Country Visions Cooperative is an agriculture based cooperative dedicated to service and building long-term relationships from generation to generation. We are proud to trace our roots back to 1923.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Customer Communication




  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies

  • Deliver clear, accurate, and timely information across all communication channels



 



Issue Resolution




  • Address customer concerns and complaints professionally

  • Troubleshoot and resolve service or technical issues

  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to appropriate personnel



 



Order Processing




  • Process customer orders and service requests

  • Calculate charges, process payments, and reconcile daily driver tickets



Record Keeping




  • Accurately document customer interactions in Energy Force and Connect

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for team visibility



Product Knowledge




  • Stay current on company products, services, and policies

  • Apply knowledge to effectively assist customers



 



Collaboration




  • Work closely with team members and other departments

  • Ensure consistent, positive customer and team experiences



 



Additional Duties




  • Reconcile daily driver trip reports (Propane & Petroleum)

  • Monitor forecasting and k-factor deviations

  • Create work orders for Operations Manager and/or Service Technicians

  • Scan work orders into Energy Image

  • Reconcile cash receipts and prepare bank deposits

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Energy Operations



 



Work Schedule




  • 2 or 3 working days per week

  • 7:30am – 4:30pm
