The Sales Associate position is an integral part of our customer experience. This position will provide product information, answer questions and resolve customer problems with efficiency. This position is responsible for both golf cars and parts sales to make sure the experience results in high level of customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure customers receive an outstanding customer experience by meeting/greeting and answering product questions on the showroom floor
• Assessing customer needs and recommend solutions
• Answering Parts and Sales phone calls and finding solutions for their needs
• Promoting product offers through advertising campaigns and social media
• Create content for Harris Golf Cars- Sugar Grove Social Media platforms
• Keeping the showroom and displays in an attractive and safe manner
• Processing transactions at the counter and over the phone
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Identify goals and determine and deploy strategies focused on premium customer service
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions and provide follow-up to customers regarding previous quotes and follow-up on pervious communications
• Participate in active marketing to new and existing customers by researching and communicating with potential customers and leads
• Develop sales promotions for golf cars and parts to retail customers
• Actively pursue product and part knowledge
• Provide back up to sales team members as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
• Proven experience in implementing processes and procedures
• Able to approach problems objectively and work logically to find a sustainable solution
• Capable of working both with a team and independently
• Experience working in a customer facing role
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet our customer’s needs
• Knowledge and proficiency in social media platforms
• High attention to details
• Minimum of associates degree or equivalent experience
Physical Demands: While performing the job duties, the employee will be frequently required to use their hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 85lbs.

Pay: ($50,000-$55,000) + Incentive based Commissions
Expected hours: 7am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
