Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide daily support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, helping them live independently, safely, and meaningfully in their communities. This is a rewarding entry-level healthcare and human services role with paid training and growth opportunities. No prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities
· Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household routines
· Assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication support according to training and care plans
· Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, work, errands, and community activities
· Encourage independence, social engagement, hobbies, and personal interests
· Support individuals in learning life skills, job skills, and community participation
· Complete habilitation activities and required documentation accurately and on time
· Follow all health, safety, behavioral, and individual support plans
Required Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· High school diploma or GED
· Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
· Reliable vehicle for transportation during shifts
· Ability to pass required background checks
· Ability to complete job-related training and certifications
· No degree or prior experience required. Paid training is provided.

Schedule and Location
· Full-time & Part-time positions available
· Available PT shifts include: weekend day shift (Saturday & Sunday 7a-3p), swing shift (required Saturday 3p-11p), & overnight (11p-7a)
· Work occurs in residential homes and community-based settings
Pay and Compensation
Hourly pay range $15.50/hr - $17.50/hr
