Body Shop Apprentice Overview

Winner Premier Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Body Shop Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, enthusiasm for work and a positive attitude. This role involves assisting in various shop tasks, including, trash removal, vehicle check-in, shop cleaning, and running errands. The Shop Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

 

Body Shop Apprentice Responsibilities:

• Transport trash to our dumpster and recycling bin daily. Trash consists of broken auto parts, new part packaging materials, paint shop masking materials, and general shop trash cans.


• Assist with vehicle check-in procedures.


• Sweep the shop floors and general shop upkeep.


• Assist technicians with basic disassembly and repairs as needed.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.


• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as necessary to support shop operations.
