Automotive Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team. The ideal candidate has sales experience, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle selection process
  • Achieve monthly sales goals set by sales management
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and available options
  • Build rapport with customers by asking questions and actively listening
  • Conduct test drives following dealership procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product offerings
  • Review performance regularly to improve efficiency and sales results

 

Qualifications

  • Previous Luxury automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
