Join Give & Go as a Learning & Development Specialist where you'll design impactful learning opportunities, leverage data to drive insights, and coordinate programs that make a real difference across our corporate and manufacturing teams and our culture. We’re looking for a team member who is curious, collaborative, solutions oriented and has a business first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver impactful learning experiences - create curated learning paths, develop online modules and videos, facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions across corporate and plant locations, and build job aids and toolkits tailored to different audiences
• Support L&D operations & governance - coordinate training logistics, manage the training calendar, triage L&D requests through our inbox, maintain our SharePoint portal, and digitize training records to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Support our engagement survey & culture program end-to-end - manage data accuracy and hierarchy setup, collaborate with Global COE on program consistency, design communication campaigns, and facilitate training for frontline leaders and HR business partners
• Use data to drive insights - analyze program effectiveness using our LMS, manage PowerBI dashboards, run reports for stakeholders, and use engagement platforms like Glint to provide actionable recommendations that improve learning outcomes
• Partner across the organization - conduct needs assessments with stakeholders, identify capability gaps, create measurable solutions, and consult on learning processes that support both corporate and operational functions.
The Recipe for Success:
• 2-3 years experience in HR, Learning & Development, or related role with exposure to training design and program coordination
• Strong communication skills - excellent writing, presentation, and facilitation abilities across diverse audiences (corporate teams to frontline supervisors)
• Data analysis experience - comfortable with HRIS, LMS reporting, Excel, PowerBI, or similar platforms to generate insights and recommendations
• Training development experience - designing job aids, SOPs, toolkits, or learning materials for different audiences
• Organizational skills - proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate logistics, and maintain systems like SharePoint portals
• Operational environment experience - understanding of manufacturing/plant settings and frontline leader needs an asset
• Technical curiosity - eagerness to learn new platforms, pilot systems, and adapt to changing business needs
• Stakeholder management - ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and functions
