JD - Supply Chain Management (SCM) SME / Business Analyst

Experience: 10 to 14 Years

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to gather business requirements
• Work with data teams to define KPIs, metrics, and dashboards for supply chain performance
• Enable data‑driven decision‑making using supply chain analytics and reporting
• Support use cases such as inventory optimization, demand forecasting accuracy, service‑level improvement, and cost reduction
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, BRDs, and process maps
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives
• Define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and business validation plans
• Support UAT execution, defect triage, and business sign‑off
• Contribute to change management, training, and user adoption activities
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to business operations.
