Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Investor Relations Specialist to support our fundraising initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing investor outreach campaigns, maintaining the investor pipeline, tracking fundraising activities, and ensuring accurate reporting to the Investor Relations leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating qualified investor meetings, maintaining investor records, and supporting structured fundraising operations in a performance-driven environment.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and manage investor outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and CRM platforms to support fundraising initiatives and meeting generation.
  • Maintain and manage a structured investor pipeline tracker, ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective investors across all outreach channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates for investor meetings.
  • Develop and maintain targeted investor lists for outreach campaigns.
  • Coordinate and track investor meetings, responses, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and shared drives with accurate records of investor interactions and campaign activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on fundraising activities and investor pipeline progress.
  • Track key performance metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and meetings generated.
  • Organize investor documentation, reports, and campaign records in shared systems.
  • Support the Investor Relations Manager or Head of Investor Relations with operational and administrative fundraising tasks.
  • Conduct cold-calling outreach to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to support investor engagement and meeting generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Campaign Management, Sales Support, or Fundraising Operations is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of basic finance and fundraising concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong professional email etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage structured outreach campaigns and maintain accurate reporting processes.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach campaigns, CRM-based campaigns, and email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, or similar outreach tools is a plus.
