About the Role

HealthSource Saginaw (HSS) is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Medical Rehabilitation team. In this role, you will care for patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or complex medical conditions, supporting their journey toward improved function, independence, and quality of life.

 

Sign-On Bonuses

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Night Shift
  • $7,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Day Shift
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus for Part-Time

 

Scheduling Options

  • Shifts Available:
    • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
    • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Employment Options: Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual/PRN and On-Call

 

Casual Float Pay Tiers

  • Tier 1: $43.00/hour
  • Tier 2: $48.00/hour
  • Tier 3: $45.50/hour

Requirements
