Position Summary

The Project Support Clerk supports the Project Managers and Field Personnel to perform day-to-day clerical functions required to manage jobsite operations.

 

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, copying, printing, entering data, scheduling meetings, making reservations and making phone calls
  • Assist with Quality Control/Turnover activities
  • Sign in new hires
  • Helping to organize and submit time sheets for Payroll
  • Complete weekly Apprentice Reports
  • Participate in meetings
  • Document questions and concerns discussed during meetings
  • Update lists and tables
  • Keep job trailer organized and clean
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


    Work Experience

    Required:

    • Valid driver’s license required
    • Experience working for a construction company, preferred


    Education:

    Required:

    • High school diploma or equivalent


    Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

    • Strong computer skills
      • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      • Experience with Google Docs/Google Drive is a plus
      • Experience in Bluebeam preferred
      • PlanGrid experience preferred
    • Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, exceptional ability to follow through
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to:
      • Professionally interact with vendors and customers
      • Work calmly under deadlines and external pressure
      • Take direction from multiple sources
      • Work as part of a team or independently

    Travel Requirements:

    • This position is located on a jobsite. Travel is primarily local during the business day.
