to find an experienced Audiologist Manager for Northeast Georgia ENT, serving patients in Gainesville and the surrounding area.

Position
Overview:

This is a hybrid clinical leadership role combining patient care with team oversight. The Audiologist Manager will spend approximately 4 days per week in a clinical schedule and 1 day dedicated to administrative responsibilities.


You will travel between Gainesville and Braselton locations, while leading and supporting a team of 3–4 Audiologists. This role is ideal for an experienced AuD who enjoys mentoring others while maintaining a strong clinical presence.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting team performance, and helping drive operational consistency across locations.


Key Responsibilities:

Clinical (Primary Focus)
  • Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
  • Diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders using evidence-based care
  • Fit and program hearing aids tailored to individual patient needs
  • Conduct vestibular assessments, including VNG and caloric testing
  • Perform Auditory Evoked Potentials (AEP) and electrophysiology testing (e.g., EcochG)
  • Conduct OAE and DPOAE screenings
  • Provide custom earmolds and hearing protection solutions
  • Educate and counsel patients and caregivers on results and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians to support coordinated, high-quality care

Leadership & Administrative (1 Day/Week)
  • Oversee and support a team of 3–4 Audiologists
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and clinical support to team members
  • Assist with scheduling optimization and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure consistency in clinical protocols and patient experience
  • Partner with leadership on performance, growth, and team development initiatives
