We are looking for a dependable and motivated Janitorial Shift Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and enjoys leading a team to success.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support janitorial staff during assigned shifts 👥
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and on time 🧼
• Inspect work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards ✔️
• Train and coach team members as needed 📋
• Monitor supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns 🚧

✅ Requirements:

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience required 🧽
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred ⭐
