We want you to:
- Prepare and execute product plans for assigned products
- Lead product planning activities for new launches, including pricing strategy, trim strategy, price proposals, and positioning charts
- Collaborate with HME and HMC on all product-related matters
- Support the marketing communication and PR teams with advertising materials, brochures, launch events, and all product‑related content
- Monitor and analyze ODMD reports, market trends, competitor pricing and campaign activities, and provide monthly analyses and reports to management
- Identify market requirements for current and future products
- Propose product development opportunities and cost‑reduction initiatives
- Support the training department by delivering product training for dealer sales teams
- Conduct regular dealer visits to closely follow market trends and gather field insights
- Report directly to the Product Department Lead
You will also need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in relevant fields
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with light commercial vehicles, is an asset
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
