Job Description
We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow GenAI Architect to drive the design and delivery of next-generation AI capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead multiple workstreams embedding generative AI into enterprise workflows, ensuring high-quality solutions, robust governance, and technical mentorship across the programme.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and delivery of GenAI use-cases on ServiceNow (Now Assist Skills, Agents)
  • Define architecture, standards and best practices for GenAI on the platform 
  • Translate business process maps into scalable ServiceNow solutions and supervise implementation 
  • Mentor engineers, run technical reviews and own solution quality and governance 
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external model providers, RAG/vector stores and backend APIs securely 
  • Implement observability, telemetry and prompt-tuning controls for AI features 
  • Coordinate UAT, staged roll-outs and production cutovers; manage rollback/runbooks


Requirements

  • 6+ years ServiceNow delivery experience with demonstrable hands-on work on Now Assist Skills / Agents
  • Proven leadership in at least two ServiceNow areas (ITOM, TPSM, CSM or equivalent)
  • Strong scripting (JavaScript / Glide API), Flow Designer and IntegrationHub experience
  • Practical understanding of RAG, prompt engineering and vector DB integrations (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Experience defining governance, security and observability for AI features
  • Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and technical documentation skills
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications desirable (CAD, ITOM/CSM specialist)
