- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, students, and families, ensuring a positive and professional school climate
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing communication appropriately
- Coordinate and support kindergarten registration, including family outreach, enrollment documentation, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate student records and assist with enrollment, transfers, and attendance tracking
- Utilize and maintain student information systems, including the Alma SIS platform
- Prepare reports, letters, and school communications as needed
- Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and school-wide activities
- Support staff with clerical needs and internal processes
- Maintain confidentiality of student and personnel information in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Order and manage office supplies and materials
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in a school or office setting preferred
- Familiarity with student information systems; experience with Alma SIS strongly preferred

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications
