How You Will Make An Impact:
Installation/Set Up Technician contributes to a work team environment and demonstrates excellent customer positive experiences in the field:
Ensure a safe working environment
Abide by Customer guidelines when on premises
Abide by Milestone guidelines set by Facility - Set up, and collect equipment
Scan any assets in/out of facility with no exceptions
Communicate any issues that may prevent the setup or collection of equipment from occurring
Responsible for immediately reporting to management any issues, concerns or process breakdowns.
Float within all zones to ensure day to day activities are not being delayed for any unscheduled time off, volume spikes or urgent requests
Ensure vehicles are cleaned at the end of day of all trash, recyclables, and equipment
With the help of supervisor, ensure all queues are being actively monitored and resolved within SLA
With the help of supervisor, ensure any and all bumped or escalated tickets are handled as required
Drive 14" Box Truck from/to Warehouse which will contain equipment being delivered or collected from Customer locations
Support Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose Bay Area Locations
What You Will Need To Succeed:
Apply a range of experience and skills to meet established productivity and SLA standards.
Support management's decisions to install teamwork and quality standards
Excellent computer skills
Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written
Physical demands- while performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, lift
Duties of the job are performed in both an office environment and a warehouse
Ability to drive a 14" Box Truck
