Housekeeper

Job Summary:

Symphony Manor at Lancaster, a premier Adult Care provider, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our assisted living home. Responsibilities:

• Clean resident rooms, including changing bed linens and disposing of trash

• Clean common areas of the home, including hallways, lounges, and dining rooms

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of cleaning

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient environment

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to our organization's policies and procedures

Work Schedule:

• Shift: 7am-3pm

• Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
