Role Overview
The Key Account Manager, Germany plays a key role in accelerating Therabody’s growth across one of the company’s most important European regions. This role is responsible for managing and developing Therabody’s strategic B2B retail partnerships across the region. The role oversees leading retail partners including consumer electronics retailers, e-commerce pure players and leading beauty & lifestyle retail.
The position combines strategic account management, commercial leadership and operational execution across both offline retail and online sales channels. The goal is to strengthen existing partnerships, drive sell-in and sell-out and identify opportunities to further expand Therabody’s presence across our core categories of Performance, Beauty and Wellness. Working closely with the German based Sales Lead DACH-BNL and Marketing manager as well as the London based cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance and International Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing B2B retail and on-line partners in Germany. Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned partners, building strong and long-term strategic relationships.
- Build & expand distribution of Therabody’s innovative product portfolio across key retail and online channels.
- Support product launches and ensure strong in-market retail execution across partner networks.
- Secure promotional planning calendar, seasonal campaigns and category development initiatives.
- Lead regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities and align on joint business plans.
- Negotiate commercial agreements including pricing, promotions, assortments and distribution expansion.
- Drive revenue growth through strong sell-in and sell-through performance across both online and offline channels.
- Identify new distribution opportunities and channel expansion potential within the region.
- Own the sales forecasting process for assigned accounts and monitor sell-through trends. Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure optimal inventory levels and demand planning.
- Track key commercial KPIs including revenue, margin, inventory health and promotional performance.
- Partner with Marketing teams to ensure best-in-class brand representation both in-store and online.

Skills & Experience
- 6–8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record managing and growing strategic retail & online accounts within the German market.
- Comfortable and familiar with the dynamics of working with larger (pan-Eu) e-comm players and marketplaces.
- Experience working with premium consumer brands within wellness, beauty, consumer electronics, sports or lifestyle categories preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail environments including sell-in, sell-through, promotions, merchandising and product launches.
- Experience working with omnichannel retail partners across both physical retail and e-commerce environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent German required; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Germany to manage key partner relationships and occasional visits to the International HQ in London.
