Responsibilities
The Manager of Revenue Operations will play a key role in standing up and executing the firm’s Revenue Center of Excellence (CoE). This role focuses on managing pricing and margin analytics, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and managing a cross functional team responsible for delivering actionable insights. The Manager will partner closely with the Financial Services regional and operational leadership, Business Intelligence & Data Insights and Marketing to ensure pricing strategies and revenue initiatives are effectively implemented and adopted.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Manage day-to-day execution of pricing, margin, and revenue optimization analyses.
Develop and implement pricing strategies and frameworks.
Lead analyses related to pricing performance, margin trends, market positioning, and competitor benchmarking.
Identify cross-sell and share-of-wallet opportunities(“SoW”) using client and engagement data to drive attainment of revenue growth targets
Manage team members responsible for pricing and revenue analytics.
Partner with Business Intelligence & Data Insights teams to define reporting requirements and support dashboard development.
Ensure consistent application of pricing policies and accurate execution across the Financial Services teams.
Support training and enablement efforts to improve pricing and revenue decision-making across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
6–8 years of experience in pricing analytics, financial analysis, or project profitability, preferably in professional services.
3+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools preferred.
Experience working with large data sets and translating analysis into business recommendations.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
Self-starter comfortable operating in a growing, evolving function.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, as required.

Bachelor's degree
6 years of experience in public accounting or related field
3 years of supervisory experience
Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
Proficient use of applicable technology
