Job Summary
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with Buena Vista Home Health, you will follow the patient’s plan of care and provide treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This is a home health nursing position focused on quality care and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement plan of care initiated by the RN
- Provide accurate and timely documentation
- Collect assessment data and report observations to RN and physician
- Coordinate home health services with the interdisciplinary team
- Use equipment and supplies effectively
- Participate in professional growth and development
Requirements
- Valid California LVN License
- Current CPR certification
- 2+ years of direct patient care experience
- Licensed driver with insured, reliable vehicle
