  • Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
  • Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and minor wall repairs
  • This position does require on-call rotation.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
  • Must have reliable transportation.
