THE ROLE

As a Sales and Sales Partner Coordinator at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you'll support the local sales team in executing sales activities, handling incoming leads and nurturing customer relationships, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.

ROLE SPECIFICS:

  • Manage incoming sales leads as well as customer and partner inquiries via phone and email

  • Handle administrative tasks, such as order processing, invoicing support, as well as preparing and calculating quotations and contracts

  • Update and maintain Salesforce records accurately

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, partner activities, and follow-ups

  • Assist in creating sales materials, preparing reports, and other internal documentation needs.

This role is based in Düsseldorf and is primarily office-based, with full-time on-site presence expected

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • Completed apprenticeship or relevant hands‑on work experience in internal sales or sales support roles (e.g. Vertriebsassistenz, Vertriebsinnendienst, Teamassistenz Vertrieb)

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar is considered an advantage, but is not required

  • Previous experience in sales support tasks such as order processing, invoicing and customer service

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills

  • Customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn

  • Organized way of working and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in written and spoken English and German are required for this role. Other languages are a plus.
