Our firm has openings for Bi-lingual Visitation Observers. An Observer monitors and observes the parent / child interaction and documents each visit. They work on a part time basis that could lead to full time basis. Pay $13.00 an hour

Our firm is looking for professionals with a background in the social sciences to supervise visits: days, evenings, weekends and holidays. This is an office-from- home position that has flexible hours. This is a state contract that pays once per month. Opportunities available statewide. This is a DOCUMENT HEAVY operation and NOT suitable for individuals with full time jobs or other demanding responsibilities.
Must Meet The Following Minimum Qualifications:
12 positions available

MUST BE BI-LINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

One (1) year of direct, hands on experience working with children and / or families from diverse communities (resume must CLEARLY document 1 year of experience with: beginning month and year – ending month and year)
Must have a minimum of 30 semester college hours
Very good written and verbal skills for writing case notes and conducting interviews
MUST have great interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to pass a criminal background check: No Felony Convictions
Reliable transportation, Texas Drivers License and Auto insurance
Have basic computer literacy skills: print, scan, fax and email. Must be computer literate enough to: learn and operate ADP online payroll system and WebEx Office online Data Management System
Must be able to: follow directions, meet deadlines and think through solutions
Job Responsibilities
The role of the Observer is to provide the following major service deliverables:
Prepare for supervised visits: secure visitation location and serve as point-of-contact for that location.
Conduct initial contact visits and explain visitation rules to parents
Perform reminders and follow-ups to families
Observe and monitor the visit
Document observations of visitation activity
Provide court related services, as needed
Manage individual case files
