ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Vehicle Registration printing and mailing
- Manage and coordinate with the internal service department and vendors to maintain and repair equipment
- Manage and coordinate inventory replenishment and quality control
- Manage and coordinate printer and equipment replacement and repair as needed
- Maintain strong channels of communication with the home office in TN
- Work closely with staff to ensure that the following tasks are completed:
- Receive, print, verify, and mail registration batches daily
- Reprint registrations as needed
- Add proper registration stock to printers as needed
- Change out registration printer ribbons as needed
- Feed inserter equipment with envelopes and printed registrations
- Provide inserter maintenance
- Retrieve sealed envelopes from the inserter and place them in appropriate mail trays
- Complete file verification
- Sort and Place identified household items on cart
Ensure use of property safety equipment among staff, including but not limited to Eye Protection, Ear Protection, and Steel Toes.
Other duties as assigned by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- Proven experience in Print & Mail management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Experience with data and software testing.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar analytical tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- 2+ years’ experience working in a customer–facing environment.
- 1+ years’ experience working in a print house.
- 4+ years’ previous experience in utility printing or related activities in a managerial or supervisory position.
