QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Advanced piano and accompaniment skills

* Proficient sight reading skills

* Willing to work with students with various abilities

* Organizational skills

* Basic computer knowledge and understanding (Word, Excel, Goodgle, etc.)

* Other duties assigned or requested to support director and choral program

 

During interview, candidate will present prepared piano repertoire (memorization not required) and sight read an open score choral octavo.Candidate will work with director to demonstrate ability to follow conductor while playing. 

 

This is a 9-month, 6.5 hour/day position (occasional after school, evening, and weekend rehearsals/performances/music festivals). Additional hours outside of regular school day will be compensated appropriately.
