Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Dean of Students at Oswego East High School.  Qualified candidates will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with General Administrative endorsement.  This is a 10-month position starting on August 3, 2026.

COMPENSATION: The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive salary range of $75k-$80K depending on educational background and experience.
