Weekend Caregiver Needed in Chickamauga, GA

Job Summary:

At Delta Homecare - Georgia, we understand the importance of providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Weekend Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing non-medical in-home services. If you are passionate about helping others and making a difference, we encourage you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, such as sweeping, mopping, and laundry
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and dishes
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the restroom
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping or banking
• Provide medication reminders and other necessary support

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver/CNA
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
