Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Business partner for the Logistics Department of the Region in connection with cost planning and analysis (freight, fulfillment/ warehouse costs) for all sales channels of the company
  • Monthly reconciliation of cost development and correct posting (cost types and cost center assignment)
  • Participation in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the accounting team, particularly in the area of "other variable costs" and "warehouse costs"
  • Creation of ad-hoc analyses according to business requirements
  • Support in the monthly preparation of financial reporting and the liquidity plan
  • Support in the further development of controlling instruments (BI-Reporting, ESSBASE, HFM, SAP S4/Hana - Fiori)
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to general processes related to closing, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • Support in internal and cross-functional projects.

YOUR TALENT

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting or economics
  • 3-5 years experience in Controlling position
  • MS Office knowledge, experience with ERP and EPM Systems: SAP, Oracle ESSBASE, Hyperion Financial Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage
