Job Summary:
Golden Sonora Care Center in Sonora, California is seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Coordinator to play a vital role in coordinating and managing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and their families."
Essential Functions:
Manage all aspects of the admissions process for new residents.
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.
Conduct facility tours and provide information about our services.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth admissions.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
Education, Licensure, & Experience Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records.
Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.
Familiarity with skilled nursing regulations.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment.
