Job Summary:
Golden Sonora Care Center in Sonora, California is seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Coordinator to play a vital role in coordinating and managing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and their families." 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage all aspects of the admissions process for new residents.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.

  • Conduct facility tours and provide information about our services.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth admissions.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships

Education, Licensure, & Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records.

  • Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.

  • Familiarity with skilled nursing regulations.
