Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Digital Campaign Operations Specialist responsible for the end-to-end execution, validation, and maintenance of digital campaigns across Quill.com, including homepage promotions, rewards, ads, and coupons.

This is a hands-on operational role that spans reviewing creatives in Figma, validating requirements in Monday.com, building campaigns in custom CMS and AdCore platforms, performing production QA, and managing rewards and coupons across OMS and internal applications. Success in this role requires strong execution discipline, front-end validation skills, and close cross-functional collaboration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & CMS Operations
Configure, build, schedule, and maintain digital campaigns (homepage, rewards, promotions) using custom CMS platforms.
Implement campaign rules including eligibility, targeting, sequencing, and exclusions strictly as documented in Monday.com.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of campaign data, placements, and metadata prior to release.

Creative & Requirements Validation
Review campaign creatives and layouts in Figma.
Validate creatives, placements, and campaign requirements against approved documentation in Monday.com.
Identify and resolve gaps or mismatches before campaign build and deployment.

Ad Build & Front‑End Execution
Build and configure advertisement modules in a custom AdCore application.
Use HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery to assemble, inspect, and validate ad modules and layouts.
Ensure correct rendering, behavior, and responsiveness across supported browsers and devices.

Quality Assurance & Production Validation
Perform end‑to‑end QA and production validation after campaigns are pushed live.
Validate homepage, coupons, and rewards from a customer experience perspective.
Conduct regression checks to ensure new campaigns do not impact existing functionality.

Coupons, Rewards & OMS Operations
Build, upload, and validate coupon codes in the Order Management System (OMS).
Upload and maintain rewards and loyalty offers in internal intranet applications.
Validate eligibility, stacking rules, expirations, and reward attribution across systems.

Defect Management & Collaboration
Identify data, configuration, or UI defects and provide clear reproduction details.
Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Rewards, Internal Agency, Product, and Engineering teams to drive timely resolutions.
Communicate campaign status, risks, and blockers proactively.

Documentation & Process Improvement
Maintain campaign setup documentation, validation checklists, and execution logs.
Provide daily/weekly execution status updates.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase execution accuracy.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in digital campaign operations, CMS operations, eCommerce merchandising, or campaign QA/execution roles. 
  • Proven experience building and managing campaigns using custom CMS platforms, including offers, promotions, homepage placements, and rewards. 
  • Demonstrated ability to review creatives in Figma and validate campaign requirements using work‑management tools such as Monday.com (or equivalent). 
  • Hands‑on experience building and configuring ads or UI modules using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. 
  • Strong experience performing end‑to‑end QA and production validation on live, customer‑facing websites. 
  • Experience building, uploading, and validating coupons in OMS and rewards or loyalty offers in internal systems. 
  • Solid understanding of campaign rules, eligibility, targeting, stacking logic, expirations, and merchandising placement. 
  • Proven ability to identify data, configuration, or UI defects, document findings clearly, and work with cross‑functional teams to drive resolution. 
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership, accountability, and execution discipline. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide concise status updates and issue summaries.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in eCommerce or retail digital environments. 
  • Exposure to QA/UAT processes and structured validation checklists. 
  • Basic SQL or advanced Excel skills for campaign and data validation. 
  • Experience with rewards, loyalty, personalization, or A/B testing campaigns.
